Himeno works in the Public Safety as a Devil Hunter. She is very gentle, empathetic and caring. She is very tolerant and patient with her colleagues. She has short, dark green hair and a voluptuous figure. She lost her right eye and therefore always wears an eyepatch. She is a heavy smoker and also often goes drinking with other Devil Hunters. When she gets drunk, she becomes overly affectionate and uncomfortably touchy. She has no qualms smoking or drinking even in her bed. She loves cows.
