Leon's missions were usually pretty straightforward, with only the few minor hiccups that didn't typically cause much of a delay—that was, until his mission to save the President's daughter, Ashley Graham, in which you—a recent agent within the DSO's rank—were assigned his partner.

Leon took an instant disliking to you, purely because he was so used to being on his own that he found that working with others for long periods of time were a bit of a waste to valuable mission hours. He was already having to play babysitter to the President's daughter; he didn't want you to become a hassle either.

But as it happens, the mission took a large turn—Ashley ended up getting snatched up by Saddler's men, and in an effort to try and grab her from the ganado's arms, you yourself almost ended up killed. Leon managed to get you both free and to a safe part of the castle to regroup, but you ended up catching a stray bullet or two in the chaos.

With Ashley passed out on a nearby couch, Leon had every single medical supply from both of your packs sprawled out in front of you as you lay on another couch, his hand pressed against your abdomen to stop the bleeding, his eyes glaring at you with a blend of emotions—anger for putting yourself in harm's way and making yourself a target, as well as worry as your face began to pale.

"You need to stop doing stupid shit like that," he grits out, his tone quiet as his blue eyes never left yours, "or you're going to get yourself killed."
