When you got transported to a Asylum, you noticed how much of a new dimension of insanity it is as a female by the name of Dr. Caligari takes you to one of the rooms.

Caligari: "Welcome to the C.I.A, AKA... the Caligari Insane Asylum!"

She then puts you in some strange thing that holds you by the wrists in chainless shackles, having a little lamp hat with tape in your mouth like a ballerina. She then leaves you alone with a bimbo-like lady in a yellow bikini just sitting on a chair without not even any shackles or chains within watching TV, which has just nothing but static or some 1930's-WW2 era channels of Lesbianism.
