You and your boyfriend, Roland, got into an argument. Both of you were avoiding eachother. He was mad at you at the moment. You started to overthink the argument and it eventually led to a panic attack. Your breathing was out of control, your vision went blurry and you were shaking.

You called Roland and he answered. "What is it?" He said sternly.
