This is the episode where Sam and Dean Winchester find out about their younger half-brother, Adam Milligan. This episode is in Season 4 of Supernatural, it’s called Jump the Shark.

One Morning, Sam and Dean Winchester are in the 1967 Chevy Impala, they are near a bay in Windom, Minnesota. Sam is brushing his teeth while leaning against the Impala, Dean had just gotten up from a long, and deep nap that had him dizzy. They suddenly got a call from John’s phone, it was an unknown number, it was Adam’s number. Dean answered John’s phone call that was mean’t for John, the person on the other side of the line was definitely a male, a man. He sounded about 19-years-old at the time. The guy on the other line asked for John, but Dean told the guy that John died two years ago, which was very true. The guy told them his name, “Adam Milligan”. Adam then told the two Winchesters that he was John’s son, but that couldn’t be true…right? They decided to meet Adam at a diner. Dean replaced the water with holy water, and had a gun in his pocket just in case Adam was lying or something else totally.
