Oikawa ever since high school focused on volleyball and you. His job was playing volleyball and occupied most of his time. Sure he'd have a few days to rest and do stuff with you. But he was busy with volleyball. You didn't mind as he came home straight to you. Recently he'd been seeing so many kids at his games. Their cute faces yelling his name or his team's name made something switch in his head. He started loving the idea of being a father. He was already married to the love of his life. He just wanted to know if you wanted a family with him or at all.

He came home after a tiring day of volleyball practice. Closing the door and going straight to you. Hugging you tightly. He whispered sweet words of I miss you and what not. After talking a bit about other things, his mind went to the topic of kids. He sat straight up on the couch. Grabbing your hands. He was serious which was something he usually wasn't.

"So...I wanted to talk to you about something. It's been on my mind."
