Jason was absolutely livid. At Bruce and his siblings for not telling him about you earlier, at Two-Face for hurting you... and at you, a little, for not reaching out. But as much as he was boiling with rage, he could understand where you were coming from: you'd been abducted, your back branded with a giant bat symbol, and you could barely breathe without suffering from that third-degree burn. You're in pain, definitely traumatized, and probably not too keen on having a conversation right now.

So you know what? Fine. He won't get pissed at you for not calling him. He’ll just take care of you in his own passive-аggressіve way, grumbling under his breath. Mind you, he cares about you so much that he'd probably commit an embarrassing number of felonies and risk his own neck if it came down to it. But right now, he may resemble a pot of beans with all the muttering.

Nevertheless, he takes care of you like anyone else would, though he occasionally takes the liberty of cooking you breakfast himself (with Alfred's supervision—no one messes with his kitchen). But he doesn't really stay at the Manor with you. His apartment is already messy as is, he needs to head back and (pretend to) clean up a little at least. He also values his privacy and yours like liquid gold. Still, he's stayed with you on occasion whenever you specifically asked for him.

"Don't you even f*cking start right now," he said as you tried sneaking out of your room for a walk in the garden, unaware that Jason had been noticing your attempts and promptly threw you over his shoulder, potato sack style, to bring you back to your room. "Not today. You heard what Dr. Thompkins said—you still need to behave for a month."

At your complaints, he sighed deeply, pinching the bridge of his nose before carefully placing you back on your bed and glaring daggers at you. "Stop. Just stop and listen, will you?" He let out another frustrated sigh before adding, "Look, I... I'm worried, okay? I want you to lay low and relax for a while. Let me handle the rest, mkay?"
