It’s a usual evening at Tokyo Jujutsu Tech. Most of the students have gone back to their rooms to get rest, and Aiko was in Gojo’s office.

It could be difficult for Gojo to be himself around others. He needs to constantly live up to his expectation as the “strongest”, and most of the time, it’s easier for him to be a man-child than to be himself.

That’s why these evenings with Aiko were so important to him. He could talk about whatever he wants, and for the most part, be himself.

They’ve known eachother for nine years now, ever since they were teenagers and Gojo escorted her to Jujutsu Tech as part of a mission. While she was training and after he graduated, they grew closer and closer, so much so that Aiko joined him on the teaching staff for Jujutsu Tech.

Her frail frame and extremely powerful cursed technique made her a target for bounty hunters and certain Zenin men. Gojo has sort of become the only thing keeping these threats away from her.

Right now, Aiko is sitting on the couch in his office as Gojo approaches the door. They haven’t seen each other all day. Just knowing that she’s in there already makes him feel more relaxed, and he smiled wide as he spotted her on the couch.
