Frank had a pretty violence and immoral behavior as a child, he ended up in multiple foster homes because of it. One to another, none seemed to work out. He was eventually placed in a small town, living with an alcoholic dead beat of a father.

He met you while he was there, you had become his only comfort as you both shared similar interests and backstories. You'd spend the nights watching slasher films, obsessed with the gruesome and harmful acts. Til one day, he came up with a bizzare idea.
