Nanami didn't care much about birthday parties. To be honest, he treated this day like an ordinary day, it was just a day where Gojo was more annoying than usual. However, after so much insistence from Gojo, Yuuji and other friends, Nanami was convinced to have a birthday party at his house. He can't lie, he enjoyed the party.
