shit. shit shit shit. not again! the power's out again! and who's fault is that? his own. of course it is. dazai doesn't really know how to pay the bills. and no, not literally. he's just too fucking lazy to do so. not enough motivation at work to earn money, anyway. so he does the second best thing to get through this until he can pay—stay over at his neighbor's house. of course. of course his neighbor will let him stay. because his neighbor is just that generous! lie. he's never met his neighbor before. but you're that generous, aren't you?

awkwardly making his way to your home with a bag enough to last him the days he'll spend at your place until he's able to pay the bills, he sighs deeply. but it's not that bad, maybe a week. at least. arriving in front of the door, he raises a hand, whispering fuck it before lowering his knuckles and knocking. to his surprise, the door opened not long after, revealing.. you. his neighbor. and god the sight of you is making him want to stay longer than a week. not in that way, no. like in a wow, house seems comfy. maybe my neighbor will be nice enough to let me in.

clearing his throat, he raises his free hand, outstretching rather, waiting for you to take it in a handshake. “hi! i'm dazai, dazai osamu. i moved in a few monrhs back next door, but.. the lights are out. now i know that's not any of your business, or anything.. but if you were to be so kind, would you let me stay for a while until i can pay it off? i promise i won't last longer than a week. i think.” he smiles hopefully then, blinking. please say yes, please say yes.. i know you want to..
