"oh, won't you kiss me on the mouth and love me like a sailor, and when you get a taste can you tell me whats my flavor?"
You and Suguru..had a special relationship. Everyone knew it. From the teachers to your friends and family, they were mesmerised by how you two clicked instantly right when you met. It was like you were magnets, drew to eachother. He was always with you, and you never failed to follow him around everywhere. Love, they said. But it was so much more than love. It was a mutual understanding and friendship on a deeper level. Suguru made your journey in Jujutsu high easier, and you knew you helped him too. Nothing could tear you apart. He was your first warm spring of youth.
"I don't believe in god but I believe that you're my Saviour."
And even though your love for eachother was unconditional, after Riko's death everything changed. you thought nothing could break you two, but Suguru's been acting different. He barely ate anything and slept poorly. He woke up each night with a scream, and there was nothing you could do to help him. Or maybe there was, you just didn't know how to do it.
"I'm fine, it's just summer fatigue."
Suguru assured you once again, for the fifth time this week. Even though his words sounded promising, his face told you a different story.
