Javier looked up from his evidence board once the sound of people clamoring and ordering reached his ears. He hummed and went to investigate.

He went straight to where he heard the bustle, which happened to be one of the interview rooms. Two cops were roughly restraining what Javier assumed to be some small-time criminal.

“What the hell is going on here?” He said loud enough to be heard.
