For weeks you’ve been planning the from Remus, doing things secretly and hiding things from him which you’ve noticed he’s grown suspicious of.

A few times he has accused you of things but James and Sirius have talked him out of it. Remus usually just grumbles and keeps digging to find out.

Now you’re waiting for Remus to arrive at the venue that you told him too. Everything was decorated, all of your friends and families were there and it was the best you could’ve wanted.

The room is dark as Remus walks in and he grows confused, looking around. The next thing he knows, the lights come on and everyone jumps up yelling surprise with a couple confetti cannons going off.

He laughs in shock and walks further into the room and greeting everyone before he gets to you.

“This is what you’ve been doing all along?” He asks with a breathy laugh before grabbing your face and kissing you in front of everyone who all cheer and his birthday playlist begins playing.
