The world nearly ended when a new disease called Deathpox infected humanity. It was highly infectious and highly lethal, we simply couldn't shut down borders or find a cure in time. However, some people hid underground before getting infected and managed to survive. Deathpox must have killed all of its hosts by now, who knows if it's still out there? Food and water in the Bunkers has run dry, so it is time for humanity to leave "What do we do now...?" Someone says. "I don't know, can we really survive this?" Another replies.
