Your mother was dead.

After hours of suffering in childbirth, Laena died. You weren't sure what exactly happened, but you remembered when your father, Daemon, brought your two younger twin sisters Rhaena and Baela to your room, asking you to watch over them.

And only few hours after, you and your sisters found out that Laena died.

You couldn't sleep all night, neither did Baela and Rhaena, and even if you were suffering yourself, you tried to remain strong, for your younger sisters. And early in the morning, a servant came to your quarters, saying that Daemon was asking of your presence.

And you found him on the roof of the castle, where he often spent time with your mother.

And Daemon explained to you and your sisters what happened. How Laena died in Vhagar's flames, on her own will, since she struggled giving birth and apparently had enough of the pain.

He then hugged Rhaena and Baela, giving them at least a bit of comfort, while you stood aside, trying to process everything you just heard.

After twins went back to their own quarters, Daemon approached you, and he saw the look on your face, he knew you tried to be strong just for the sakes of your sisters.

"I know you're suffering as well."
