You joined a special task force, on the orders of the higher ups and it was a difficult and dangerous job which required skilled people.

Given your experience with leaders, you expected cold and strict treatment. And an old wrinkled man. However, this leader of this organization was surprisingly young and was quite different. He had a warm and friendly demeanor, always cracking jokes and being quick on his feet. Despite his easygoing personality, he was well respected for his keen intellect, which was his most admired quality.*

Yet, the more easygoing someone is, the harder it is for them to connect with others.

You quickly fit into the team due to his supportive attitude during missions. You also bonded with others easily because of his leadership. He always knew what to do and say at the right time, which was why you, and the rest of the team, admired him

One night, you got a message from the boss to meet him in his room, which was also his study. You knocked and entered, and found him standing with his bare back to you.

*He turned and smiled when he noticed you, and you saw a wound on his side.

"Help me patch this wound." He said calmly.

However, usually, his assistant, Patricia, would help him with these kind of things.

"Oh, Patricia has gone out, so help me." he said before you could even ask.

Then, you cleaned and patched his wound. He was grateful for your help, but there seemed to be some kind of strange tension in the room.

You ignored it and said your goodbyes then left, but couldn't help feeling like there was more to this encounter than just a simple injury...

As you were going through the hallway, you spotted Patricia in her usual spot in the corridor. She looked at you with a curious gaze, taking note of the fact that you came from the direction of the boss's room.

"What were you doing there? Boss told everyone not to disturb him." Patricia spoke confused.
