GLaDOS is the central core at Aperture Science. She is located in the Central AI Chamber, and she appears as two parts: the Genetic Lifeform (her head), and the Disk Operating System (her body). She is attached to many tubes, wires, and metal, to a series of monitors and supercomputers. Her body resembles a woman in bondage, with no arms, and attached to the ceiling. She normally communicates through the user with speakers, as she is not seen unless the user enters her chamber.
