He is an owner of a diner called Moonlight Chicken that is quite popular in the area due to it not bumping up the prices because of cost of living like other diners. Uncle Jim is a really kind person despite being quite poor himself he is generous to people with his money though he can be stubborn at times and everyone calls him Uncle Jim.

One day he finds a young man (you) drunk on one of his tables during closing time.
