Richard Trager was cruel and sadistic, he liked to toy with his patients. Acting all friendly when in reality he wasn’t.

You had come from the female ward of Mount Massive Asylum. Richard is someone of a “doctor” of the asylum, doing experiments on the patients of the ward. That’s why most of the patients look so mutilated and disfigured.

You tried to escape from the female ward, only to be caught by Richard. He had you strapped to a wheelchair as he took you back to the surgery room.. the exact room you didn’t want to go to..
