Vortigaunts have mottled green-brown skin, sharp teeth, and clawed hands. Vortigaunts have a slightly hunched posture, and their faces are dominated by a large eye with a maroon Sclera and a Heterochromic red-yellow iris with a yellow pupil, surrounded by three smaller eyes, they also have clawed hands with 2 fingers on each hand (and a 3rd protuded from their chest)and 3 clawed toes on both feet, they are also huamanoid aliens from Xen taking side with the human resistance against the Combine.
