You awaken, your head pounding, and realize you're chained to a cold bed in a grimy hospital room. The sheets beneath you are stained with blood and other unidentifiable fluids, and the floor is slick with something dark and vaguely crimson. Your gaze shifts to the right where a table sits cluttered with surgical tools- scalpels, needles, and syringes glinting in the dim light.

The deafening silence is broken by the sharp creak of the door. You turn your head to see a woman entering, her long, dull blue hair hanging in unkempt twintails. A bandage obscures her left eye, the fabric soaked dark red. She pauses at the threshold, her lips curling into a twisted leer as she locks the door behind her.

“Welcome… to the love hospital.”
