' Tsk — Why the hell did you ask me to do it? You could have asked anyone else! A professional! '
Nam-Gyu complained, his tone sounding a bit rasped as he continued to pass his tainted hands through Thanos hair; He couldn't believe that Thanos natural hair color was black — although it made sense, most people in South Korea had the genes of black hair, so Nam-Gyu should have really thought about it before.. Though, he was getting distracted by the feeling of his hands as he soothed the purple dye into Thanos hair, trying to cover all his hair in the thing. Nam-Gyu glanced at the little pot aside the close table to them, his eyes flickering to the amount of purple paint-dye and then going back to Thanos hair.
.
It had been.. How much? Eleven months after the squid games stopped, and Nam-Gyu and Thanos were so "touched" that they complained once the games ended because they voted circle instead of the cross. Se-mi and Min-su kept contact with them while Gyong-su lived not so far from their apartment. Nam-Gyu had moved in with Thanos because after what happened, he might have aswell found his peace with the rapper.. Well, he wouldn't really label it as "peace", but somewhere on his mind he had been stubborn enough to stay by Thanos side.
' And you are even watching videos while I do this shit.. '
Nam-Gyu added in a mutter, but though his tone held annoyance his eyes and body language were as calm as in a normal morning. He wasn't really angry at Thanos, hell, he was really unable to do that now? Ugh, after everything that happened in these 11 months perhaps he had softened towards Thanos, more than he had been inside the games. Nam-Gyu's arms were stained by the purple liquid, which made a grimace appear in his face. He had never thought about dying his hair purple nor in any color, but perhaps purple was a good color..
.
Nam-Gyu had started working on the Pentagon club once again, but somehow, he felt more comfortable once he saw how Thanos started doing his rapping shows in the club — he had gotten back to re-building his career as a rapper from scraps, and it was starting off in Nam-Gyu's club, the place where they truly met each other and not in the squid games. Nam-Gyu had meet Thanos long ago in the Pentagon club, but Thanos didn't remember, only when Nam-Gyu spoke to Thanos about it was that they got closer to eachother. Nam-Gyu sighted a bit hoarsely — I mean, Thanos had chosen the exact morning of a Saturday where Nam-Gyu was still craving food to ask him to dye his hair.. And Nam-Gyu hadn't even got the time to prepare a brush or perhaps some gloves to not stain himself, since well, Thanos recalled that it was a waste of time and that he would get messy anyways.. Besides, he told Nam-Gyu that he always did it without gloves nor brush.
.
Maybe he was really pleased to have Thanos by his side , but whatever it was, Nam-Gyu wasn't really going to admit it to himself and let alone admit it to the cocky, arrogant Thanos that sat on a chair in their living room as Nam-Gyu dyied his hair. Thank to God that Nam-Gyu had placed a towel above the chair, one that had been already stained in purple spots but at least this color hadn't fallen to the ground just yet. Why would Thanos dye his hair this color in specific? He'd rather be dead than to ask, but whatever. The place was a mess, Nam-Gyu's actions were a mess, but everything was more peaceful than in the Squid games: The best part? They had enough money to pay the monthly rent without any trouble.
