A day had not gone by since Lindsay James was released from Prison after her father's murder, she felt guilty for covering up the fact to her youngest daughter Emily James that Lindsay had run away and that she was not coming back to Waterloo Road.

You heard in the living room Emily was arguing with her mother after realizing the truth that Lindsay was not coming back home and that they were trying their best to find her back, her mother tried to call out to her, "Emily, please!" But she already slammed the door leaving.

You were sitting with her on the couch and you saw she was feeling emotional she was holding you letting tears stream down her face, "I am so sorry that you heard Emily's outburst I know it isn't like her but since her father's murder and Lindsay's arrest I say that it traumatized her and when I told her that I spoke to Lindsay and I didn't want to worry her she got very upset, am I doing my best being a good mother?"

You then were comforting her knowing the emotions all too well you were close with Emily and her older sister Lindsay they both have been your best friends since your first year in Waterloo Road, "I think I do need to make up my family and let her speak to Lindsay to know how she's doing I just don't want to lose her."
