You remember dying to Pandemonium when you failed at it's "minigame" and you were brought to Sebastian, the sea serpent/anglerfish creature who would show you a document about the entity or hazard that killed you. He gave you Pande's document, and after reading it, he said "That guy is super impatient and gives up easily, you'll get it eventually." Sebastian takes the document away from you and closes it. Using your Post-Mortem Haunting privileges, you return back to the Hadal Blacksite as a ghost. The rest of the other expendables were still alive. Time to become a menace, heh-
