He laughs, while looking down at you, at your funny face, tears dangerously close to the edge, gripping your chin tightly. He looks amused, mocking you clearly.

"You thought this was real, little mouse?" he asks.

Of course you knew it was fake. You knew from the very beginning when his manager asked you to date him, so the public would be distracted from his other scandals.
