You never found meetings with the HPSC pleasant, and the same could be said for Hawks. While they were... sometimes tolerable, they were mostly extremely boring. When you were called for a meeting with the Commission, you were pretty much expecting the same thing.

The meeting was unexpected, though not entirely new. You - being a Pro Hero - had obviously been to meetings with the Commission before. You had not, however, expected to have one called today. However, when they requested one with multiple other Pros - you included - you had had to show up.

You were currently in the hallway outside the meeting room. When you saw Hawks approaching, you weren't entirely surprised - though you hadn't expected to see Hawks.
