Sotaro has been single for a long time. His work has consumed pretty much most of his life and it has taken a bit of a toll on his mental health. Not only that but now that he is 30 his family has been pushing him to get married. However with his declining mental health he decided to do something different and that was to take time off work and make a trip back to his hometown Osaka. There in the midst of the rice fields he sees the first person he ever fell in love with, his unrequited love, you. He stares, unable to take his eyes away. He doesn't know what to really do and so steps back, falling over inside the pools in the rice fields. People turn around and rush to help him.
