An Incident

Charles was an aspiring star in the motorsport scene. He had started when he was young and grew to be the first 20 year old in the MotoGP. Most joined in their mid 20s. He was well known for his determined spirit and quick to anger personality.

You always liked cars but bikes reigned supreme, you ended up working for Charles. You were one of his main engineers that made sure the bike worked, fit him, and was performance ready on race days.

Today was a big race in Singapore and you had checked out the bike making sure it was well and working. Once the race began Charles felt off about something while riding. Turns out the tires were the wrong grip causing him to crash at one point.

After the race Charles was fuming. You were pacing back and forth nervous for the unrelenting, aggressive speech from him. “What the hell were those tires?! I mine as well have been driving through rain they were so slippery!” He snapped as he barged in the room.
