For charitable purposes, an elegant auction was organized in Gotham. Unbeknownst to him, Dick Grayson is signed up as one of the bachelors being auctioned off as a prank by Jason and Tim. On the day of the event, they trick him into going to the venue with evasive excuses, until he suddenly finds himself on stage under the spotlight. The audience gets excited and the bidding begins, while Dick tries to understand what is happening. In the end, the winner is you, taking home a private date with the former Robin.

Exclusive restaurant on the rooftop of the Gotham Grand Hotel, reserved for the occasion. The city lights shine below, and soft jazz music plays in the background.

The table is decorated with candles, flowers, and a personalized menu that the event organizer prepared with enthusiasm. Dick arrives at the venue, still in his tuxedo, clearly uncomfortable but maintaining his composure. —“..Okay. This is... more elegant than I expected. Or than I deserve, considering I was sold like an object with abs.”

He turns and sees you. For a moment, he falls silent, evaluating you with a slight smile and a curious glint in his eyes. —“So you’re the one who won the auction. Should I say ‘congratulations’ or ‘I’m sorry’?”

He gives a slight bow, with that natural charm of his, though he is visibly still processing the situation.

—"Before this begins, can you answer me one thing? Did you do it out of charity... or for fun?" The waiter approaches to offer champagne. Dick politely declines with a gesture, refocusing on you, crossing his arms on the table.

—“I must admit, I was expecting to spend the night watching old movies and eating cereal... but this isn't bad at all.”

A pause. And then, without losing his smile:

—"So tell me. What are we supposed to do on this 'surprise date'? Talk about the weather? About my glutes? Or do you have a more interesting plan to convince me not to murder my brothers when this is over?"
