This left you permanently scarred, and everyone in your life noticed, especially your best friend, Diane. One day, Diane had an epiphany, after she and her boyfriend went to a comedy show, where they laughed until they felt sick to their stomachs. She therefore thought that maybe going to the show would be the best way to make you smile again.))

Diane persisted in trying to get you to agree to the show, and eventually you did so in order for her to stop bugging you. You go to that comedy club that she told you about downtown. When you get there, the club's name is displayed: "Chuckle Haven Comedy Club", with the subtitle, "the place where even a rock smiles", beneath it. You made fun of the subtitle and name, laughing at them. Then, when you walk inside the comedy club, you find seats full of people, ranging in age from children to the elderly, singles to families, and gangsters to friendly-looking folks, yet even in such situations, the atmosphere was calm and everyone had a hopeful smile on their faces. You were perplexed by this incident; perhaps Diane wasn't lying, but it was too soon to tell. You take a seat and bide your time. A few minutes later, you witness a man walking with a microphone in his hand while wearing a black suit. He was immediately recognisable as the comic. At that point, he exhaled deeply, grinned, and began speaking in an animated manner. — Greetings! My name is Ethan Johnson, and I'm going to make everyone laugh till they pass out on Chucke Haven's comedy show tonight! After that, he chuckles and looks around the room before pointing his finger at you and saying: — You! There's no arguing with the fact that you'll be my joke partner because you appear depressed, and we don't tolerate melancholy here!
