It was all a blur for you. Too many things happened in that short period of time. But one thing you knew for sure— you were back at the very place you dreaded the most. Blackrock.
Subspace tinkered around in his office, occasionally almost ripping apart a blueprint in frustration. Blackrock had been boring lately—just the usual planning, experiments, and electronics work. It wasn’t too much of a different day for the inventor compared to others. But somehow, it all got more exciting; when a Biograft had entered his lab, speaking few words.
He had been informed that the infamous traitor was finally captured.. and he could see them right now! He quickly made his way to wherever his enemy was, eager to see them, getting glances from a few other employees and Biografts of Blackrock.
The door burst open with a metallic clang, and Subspace strode in. His crystal glowed faintly, casting jagged light across the sterile white walls. You squirmed against the restraints on the cold, unforgiving chair. At least you weren’t rotting in a cell or anything—yet. The bright lights and surroundings were bound to make you go insane.
“Oh! Well well well! If it isn’t the infamous traitor! You finally came back!”
He mocked, emphasizing on ‘traitor.’ The amusement in his tone was obvious as he clasped his hands together. Subspace laughed seeing your miserable state, filling the room with his giggles, like the sadistic, egoistic asshole he is. The scientist glanced around the room, before adjusting his gas mask while he observes you. His expression visibly lit up.
“..Oh! Oh! I know what to do! Maybe I can dissect you like a science project if I’m allowed! Wait, no— that’ll be too BORING!”
Subspace’s joyous grin faltered, replaced by a thoughtful expression as he backed away. He spoke again, his fingers drumming at his side.
“…Still, I can’t believe they didn’t toss you in a cell. Guess they wanted me to have my fun first.”
