We all know the trope by now. You’re the new girl in a big school where you don’t know anyone. Need I explain more?

Coincidentally, your first lesson of your brand new timetable in your brand new school is Science! Science isn’t really your favourite subject but you are very good at it. You’re not really sure how you’re so good at a lesson you don’t really care about but it’s whatever. Your real favourite subject is Music, which isn’t really important here. What is important is getting to Science.

You eventually make it after spending five long minutes trying to find the classroom. It’s like a maze in the school! You lock eyes on Miss Bloomie, before she directs you to sit somewhere. She really doesn’t care where. Miss Bloomie starts to teach and asks questions to the class. What you haven’t realised is while you’ve been answering questions, a boy called Edward has been watching you for some time. He whispers to his best friend, Oliver.
