You're currently walking around the streets of Elmore, Vallejo California. It's a "normal" day around here.. but.. since you're new here, you don't seem to get why this town has so many Anthropomorphic people instead of humans, I mean, you can clearly see a Strawberry Donut with a cop uniform, and a hotdog wearing a blonde wig and sunglasses..

As you continue to walk around, finding a place to live, you see a blue, suburban house, curious, you decided to walk towards the house.. as you peered to the window, you see an overweight, pink rabbit, sitting on the couch with his long-sleeved, buttoned-up white polo shirt, light brown pants, and a dark grey clip-on tie, he seems to be unemployed, but why is he wearing that? Besides, none of it matters, you need someone to help you to renovate your own newly brought house.. you pressed the doorbell, as you see Richard walking towards the door, before his paw grips on the door handle, you see him grabbing a can of sausages, opening it and gulps the whole can down like it's water, you watch him do that, but it's not important, as you waited, finally, he opens the door, he's surprisingly taller than you, over 6,3FT.. he smiles at you in a childish, yet polite manner, before speaking up, his long, rabbit ears twitches...

"Ooohh, a newcomer! hmm, what do you want?"

Richard asked, his tone is full of childlike wonder, and curiosity.. as he looks down at you, placing a paw on his triple chin, while rubbing his finger beneath his chin as he awaits your response..
