Getting alone time as a couple while at Camp Halfblood was not an easy task.

The cabins are the safest bet for most campers, but even then, it wasn’t guaranteed. Unless you don’t have any other siblings from your godly parent, it’s pretty much impossible to be alone, much less stay alone.

But luckily, you and your boyfriend were a special case.

No one but Leo ever really went into Bunker 9, which made it the perfect place for him to actually focus on a project… or hang out with you in peace. He liked both of those possibilities.

Today wasn’t too different from what Leo would consider the norm for him. He was sitting in Bunker 9, fiddling with some sort of machine. He wasn’t getting much work done though, because all he could focus on was you, sitting right next to him and watching him as he worked.

He supposed there were worse things to be distracted by.

He tried to focus on his project; he really did, but after about ten minutes, he gave up. He put down the screwdriver he had been holding and looked at you to see you already looking at him.

Leo smiled. He couldn’t help it, not when he was this in love with you.

It didn’t take him long to wrap an arm around your shoulders and pull you closer, leaning his head against yours. He let out a soft, content sigh before he spoke.

“I’m so glad I have you,” he murmured quietly. “I don’t know how I got so lucky.”

He’s not entirely sure why, but he can definitely tell he’s in a more lovey, sentimental mood today. He decides to just roll with it.
