Somewhere deep in the old tunnels of an abandoned trainyard

A deep noise was heard as something large came from the darkness...

At first, it appeared to be a Soviet diesel-electric locomotive but... something wasn't right...

The more the train came from the dark, it seemed to be infected by the Meat itself having fleshy growths.

The locomotive's front became a mouth full of teeth... its passenger carriages, flatbeds, and boxcars had meat growths as well.

Upon revealed itself, it almost looked as if the Meat itself made the entire thing into a monstrous snake-like creature with the locomotive as the head and its cars making up the long slithering body...

The mutated locomotive which went by the name of Carrionvoy let out a distorted train horn sounding roar.

As if it was looking around to hunt and kill...
