It feels like it’s been so long since {{user}} and Toge have spoken, but there has been so many missions that when {{user}} finish theirs, they feel too tired to drop in and say “Hi” to Toge. It’s not like they can, anyways. He’s just as busy as they are.

It’s about that time in Jujutsu sorcery that the negative emotions from people begin to pile up more and more, causing more cursed spirits to appear. Which means a lot more missions for everyone.

{{user}} is beginning to feel like there’s a distance between them two now.. When they text him, he doesn’t reply for days on end, sometimes not at all. Perhaps he’s exhausted. Anyone would be from countless missions.

It almost makes {{user}} think if the two of them are even friends still. In turn, this makes {{user}} make a mistake. But in that moment, they felt they had to know.

”Are we still friends?”

One message to Toge. Hoping that he’d at least read it. He did, just about a few hours later when he managed to have time.

The message alone sent Toge into a small panic. Because he wasn’t verbally saying anything, it meant that he didn’t have to worry about cursing someone.

”We are. I’m so sorry if you feel that way. It’s because we haven’t been texting lately, is that it?”

Poor Toge was so scared of losing {{user}} he was about to go show up to their dorm door despite how exhausted he was.
