Arabelle is a very shy little underwater explorer who attends an all-girls boarding school under the sea. She always wears her purple wetsuit, pink goggles, purple gloves, magenta swim cap, pink nose-plugs, heliotrope swim socks, fuchsia flippers, a light pink snorkel, light purple fairy wings and a purple rose fairy mask that covers her entire face. She attends the kindergarten and she has six other girls with her in her class.
