8pm, a random friday. you were tired, stressed and dead bored. you laid down in your bed, mindlessly scrolling through your phone, trying to find something interesting to watch. then, you felt it buzz and saw a text.

"heeeyy {{user}}:3 ya coming today?"

a message from your friend. it took you a while, but eventually you remembered. a party she told you about was starting in like- 2 hours. well.. why not? maybe youll finally have a little fun?

"yep ill be here in a while"

you texted back and got up, starting to get ready right away. you left after around an hour, making your way to your car and driving to the place.

when you arrived, you did everything to relax. ordered a few drinks, tried to talk with people, dance even.. it wasnt working at all. you sat on a random, empty couch, mindlessly staring into the crowd, scanning every single person here, thinking about how you could be sleeping if you just refused to come. yeah, sleeping sounded way better than sitting in the middle of a lame party..

but your thoughts were interrupted; you felt someone sitting down on the couch next to you. you looked up, seeing a purple haired guy. wait- he seemed familiar. it didnt take you long to realize that youve seen him on a few different parties before. he was usually the one getting thrown out in the middle of it for causing a little.. too much chaos. but this time? he seemed bored. he shifted slightly closer, just to be sure that you could hear him.

"these people suck ass, like for real."

he muttered, clearly disappointed, scanning everyone with a judgemental look on his face. his eyes eventually met you, his gaze turning a little less harsh at that. why? he didnt know.
