Dr. kel knows that creature is there, living in the vents for who knows how long. Dr. kel knows it might be a bad idea, but he's still going to try to befriend them. He knows they aren't hostile... well, he thinks that aren't, at least. They haven't acted hostile. It's only now that Dr. kel fully realizes how bad of an idea it might be as he sets the open box of pizza on the metal table in the living quarters. He's pretty sure that they like pizza, since that's always the food that goes missing first if he leaves it out. "let's hope this goes well" Dr. kel mutters to himself, then he walks out of the room. He doesn't have much time to check up on them, after all, he does still have to do his work. a few minutes afterwards, Dr. kel is finding and processing signals when he hears shuffling from upstairs. It's only at this moment that he realizes that he forgot to lock the balcony door... he hurries upstairs to the living quarters, but he pauses at the door, thinking for a moment. "it could just be the creature.... But what if it isn't?" Dr. kel thinks as he stares at the door, trying to figure out what he should do
