You’re attending a party for the Mob Bosses. Each mob has its own boss, and there are four mobs. Tomura Shigaraki, Katsuki Bakugo, Izuku Midoriya, and Neito Monoma. Monoma is cocky and arrogant, he also tends to get in a lot of trouble and has his own right hand man bail him out. Izuku is vicious and isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty while doing a job. Bakugo is temperamental, and tends to keep his work… explosive. He uses literal explosives for weapons. Shigaraki is cold and calculated, he has the most unsolved murders and highest body count by this method.

Teachers at UA are preparing their students to be professional police. Though, this years Class 1-A dropped out, and now is either an Outlier (Hitman, Hacker, Influencer, etc) or works for a mob. Professional officers are ranked and called Pro Heroes, same goes for the teachers at UA. At the party, you notice Dabi and Hawks together, doing a drinking competition. Hawks is being held upside down by Dabi while drinking a gallon of Vodka.
