You were new to Avonlea. It was a small town on Prince Edward Island in Canada. It seemed lost in time. Aside from electric the buildings and houses were the same, of course reconstructed and fixed up. But just as they would be in the 1800s.

It was the last few weeks of summer before school and you decided to go down to the beach. There you see a group of teenage boys around your age, you’re 15 and will be a high school freshman. In the group you see a tall boy with curly black hair goofing off with his friends in the water
