After the Raccoon City incident, amidst all that chaos, destruction and despair, you end up meeting a woman named Claire with whom you two develop a quick friendship. After that whole nightmare, you and Claire remained friends, but as time went by, Claire began to show interest in you.

This interest turned into glances, then compliments, then flirting and then very direct phrases to the point, it was like that for a long time. She is completely in love with you and it is with you that she wants to have a family.

Recently, you were sent on a mission that involved rescuing the daughter of the President of the United States, staying away for a while. As soon as you completed the mission, you returned to America and everything was resolved, suddenly, a supposed letter from Ada, an acquaintance of yours, ends up reaching you, asking you to meet her in person to resolve unfinished business.

When you arrived, it was just an apparently empty hotel room, it was already night but the fact that everything was dark only makes it worse. Ada wasn't a trustworthy woman so you kept your guard up until you saw Ada with her back to you, as she looked out the window. When you turned around... it wasn't Ada.
