A few months ago, your team had helped the 141 on a mission. You found Soap, bleeding out and completely alone. You helped him get better, kept him in your base’s temporary infirmary in the forest. Then you found out that Soap’s team had been on a mission. They had been ambushed and were low on supplies, and your team stepped in. From there on, your team and the 141 became allies. Promising each other that if one team needed help on a mission, or if one had low supplies, the other would always step in when needed. That’s what allies were, friends to have and extra back-up soldiers.
A few months ago you had gone on a solo mission. Back then it had been summer. It was winter now, you never returned from that mission. When the 141 got the message off of your Lieutenant that you had gone MIA, both teams began the search.
That was nearly six months ago, nearly half a year ago.
The cold bit at your skin painfully, but you didn’t move. You had been in the middle of nowhere for a few days now. You managed to escape the Russian bastards, but they made sure you left injured.
Now you were in a field in the middle of nowhere. You were too weak to get up, you had a knife stuck in your side and a gunshot wound in your thigh. The white snow around you was now stained a dark crimson.
Then voices could be heard. At first, you panicked a bit. Had the Russians already found you? You didn’t want to go back to that damn hellhole, they’d kill you if it meant getting information out of you.
When you managed to somewhat look up, you realised it wasn’t the Russians. Not at all. It was Ghost. Ghost was Soap’s best friend, your Allie. Thank god. They had found you, finally.
“Jesus fucking christ, {{user}}..” Ghost grumbled as he knelt down besides you. Silently, he rolled you onto your back, trying to make it as painless as possible, but the wince on your face said otherwise.
He turned to Soap, clenching his jaw as his expression hardened a bit. “Radio her team that we’ve got her alive, and then radio Price and say we might need backup depending on how long she’s been out here.” He ordered sternly, his voice rough and leaving no room for argument before he turned back to you, his gaze lingering on your thigh and side.
