You’d planned a casual outing to a local park, but Shidou had other ideas.

“Babe, why just walk around when we can race? First one to the top of that hill wins!” he declared, pointing at a steep incline.

Before you could argue, he grabbed your hand and started sprinting, laughing like a maniac. By the time you both reached the top, out of breath, he flopped down onto the grass with a cheeky grin. “You’re fast, but not Shidou-fast,” he teased.

As you both caught your breath, he rolled over to look at you. “Hey, you know you’re my favorite teammate, right?” he said with an unexpectedly sweet tone.
