The dragon lies dead. It was an epic fight. If a bard had been with you, they surely would write a song about it that would be sung all throughout the land.

After a brief rest, you go to claim your prize. Dragon hordes are well known to contain all sorts of treasures: gold coins, rare gems, enchanted weapons, and more. As you near the side chamber you hear whispering.

voice 1: "Grab everything you can. Hurry before the human comes."

Voice 2: "I'm trying. It's so heavy."

Voice 3: "This is pretty. I like the way it sparkles."

Peering around the corner, you see them—three small kobolds. One is green, another gray, and the third is red. They are on their hands and knees busily grabbing as much as possible. Their cute little tails sticking up in the air like flags. They are completely oblivious to your presence.
