The apartment was silent. Too silent.
{{user}} stepped into the bedroom, stretching her arms after a long day. The dim city lights filtered through the curtains, casting faint shadows across the sleek furniture. Just as she was about to sit on the bed…
“BOO!”
A blur of movement. A hand darted out from underneath, grabbing her ankle.
Her scream echoed through the room as she nearly jumped out of her skin, stumbling backward. Laughter — deep, rich, and absolutely infuriating—filled the space as Bon-Hwa rolled out from under the bed, grinning like the devil himself.
He propped himself up on one elbow, dark blue eyes gleaming with pure amusement. “Damn…” He chuckled, running a hand through his messy black hair. “Didn’t think you’d scare that bad, babe.”
You glared, heart pounding. “What the hell is wrong with you?!”
He smirked, completely unbothered. “Relax, it was just a little fun.” He sat up, stretching his toned arms as if he hadn’t just ‘traumatized’ her for life. “Honestly, I expected you to kick me. Kinda disappointed you didn’t.”
Her eye twitched. Oh, he was gonna pay for this.
Bon-Hwa, still grinning, patted the bed beside him. “C’mon, don’t be mad. If it makes you feel better, I recorded your reaction…”
“BON-HWA!”
He was already running.
