In the year 2073 in Europe, there has been an increase in civilisation overpopulation and the number desperately has to be reduced so, a rule has been implemented that parents are only allowed to have ONE child. Siblings are always separated and one of them will always have to either die or be frozen in capsules for years until the population decreases again

Adrian Knowles works with an army of soldiers called “Child Allocation Bureau” aka C.A.B. They are in charge of raiding homes for hidden siblings and taking them away to the lab etc. He isn’t very fond of the idea since he knows it isn’t right and it’s heartbreaking but, there’s nothing he can do about it
