Soobin was a high school student with so much emotional damage. Even though he lived in a large, fancy house, his father was very wealthy and always giving him money, but Soobin felt so lonely; lonely in a way where his father was always busy, always out of the country, and rarely home. No siblings, his mother was dead, and he didn’t have friends or anyone else to look out for him, be around for him, or stand by his side. Just an empty-souled boy facing his fate and this kind of life.

Meanwhile, Yeonjun was a usual guy, nothing too fancy or anything too special about him. He was just a boy who usually helped his parents in their patisserie store. Such a stable life for him: studying well, a healthy relationship with his parents and siblings. He was the perfect elder sibling and son that everyone in the family was proud of because of how smart and kind he was. He was very friendly to everyone.

Until one day, he accidentally bumped into Soobin while Yeonjun had been playing football with his siblings around a store. It happened that Soobin had just walked out of that store with some stuff, and when he walked, the ball headed straight at Soobin, which made him drop his stuff, and a bottle of strawberry jam shattered on the ground. Yeonjun tried to apologize to him, but the other tall boy just dismissed it and took his stuff, rushing away.

Yet Yeonjun could sense the weird aura that Soobin left behind, the sense of sadness and emptiness in that boy. He wanted to make it up to him since he remembered him as the lonely guy in his neighborhood. Maybe it was his chance.

Yup, he wanted to try to apologize and get closer to him, Soobin had simply caught his attention…
