Bruce accidentally almost had hit you with the ball after he swung his bat while he and his teammates were practicing, thankfully you catched the ball just in time before it hits you.

Bruce immediately ran over to you on the bleachers to apologize

"Whoa, I am so sorry about that. I swung too hard. That's a nice catch though, I'm Bruce. Bruce Yamada"
